The acoustic problem
High reverberation in a classroom forces the teacher to raise their voice and tires the students. It compounds in corridors and dining halls, where noise level becomes self-reinforcing beyond a threshold.
Our approach
Class A absorption over nearly the whole ceiling, plus an absorbing surface on the rear wall. In impact-prone areas we leave a hard surface up to 1.2 m and start the panelling above that line.
