Speech intelligibility and even coverage
The acoustic problem
In a large volume the first problems are low-frequency build-up and falling intelligibility at the back. Adding absorption alone makes the hall dead and tiring — the sound energy still has to reach the rear rows.
Our approach
We combine absorption with diffusion: the front of the side walls stays reflective and diffusing, while the rear wall and defined ceiling zones absorb. For low frequencies the cavity behind the panels goes beyond 100 mm.
